Traditional Dinner at Jenna's Nut-Free Dessertery

Join the team at Jenna's Nut-Free Dessertery for a series of traditional indigenous dinners all 3 weekends of FROSTival!

The event will begin with either a traditional soup or a salad followed by a main course. Options for this will vary every week, but here is a quick look at what can be expected:

Bison with wild rice risotto;
Rabbit with roasted root veggies;
Pheasant with wild rice; and
Wabanaki salmon with roasted squash risotto.

Dessert will also be on the menu with your choice of either a blueberry short cake on bannock or a Wabanaki panna cotta.

Please note that this is a dry event. Mock tails based on traditional flavours will be available.
